Customers are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions. Appointed agents shall be known as “The Company” in the terms and conditions listed below: -

 

 

Reservation:

All reservations can be done through ICEB2B online booking, via email or fax.

Deposit, Full payment and Cancellation chargers Terms & Conditions:

Deposit Payment:

All tour packages require a deposit upon reservation  and confirmed. The company does not recognize any tour booking form and exchange order as confirmation of tours and bookings.

Deposit paid to ICE Holidays per pax (except departure less than a month) accordingly:

Full Payment: 

Full payment is required in the different timeline  before departure and issuance of air ticket otherwise reservation will be auto-cancelled without prior notice and the deposit paid will be forfeited. 

        

Please note that during important events, festivals, conferences and fair periods at local country, there will be an additional surcharge levied by accommodation properties. Customers will be informed of any increase in tour prices during booking procedures (price may vary accordingly). 

 

 

Payment Method: 

Payment can be made by the bank in cash or cheque fbx,credit card. Bank in cheque will only be accepted if presented to The Company at least 14 (fourteen) working days before departure.  

 

 

Deposits: 

Deposits must be paid upon reservation accordingly payment schedule: 

 

Cancellation Charges / Refunds: 

Cancellation of tour booking by the customer must be in writing and the following charges apply: 

   

Tour Cancellation / Refunds: 

Even after deposits or full payment has been made, all arrangements are still subject to final confirmation. If the arrangement unable to finalize and the reservations have to be cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, the Company endeavours to notify the customers at least 15 (fifteen) working days before departure. 

All the credit card refunds will only be made through the respective credit card companies between 4 to 6 weeks. 

A 2% to 3% administrative charge will be imposed for all credit card refunds. 

All the cheque or cash payment refunds will be made in form of a cheque and processed within 2 to 4 weeks. 

 

 

Child Fare: 

Children below 12 years old (2 to 11 years old) with reference to the date of birth falls on the date prior to departure date from Malaysia are eligible for child fare. 

 

 

Tour Fare Includes: 

  • Return economy class international air ticket 

  • Hotel accommodation based on a twin sharing basis (two persons to a room) 

  • Meals as indicated in the itinerary 

  • All admission fees required in the tour unless otherwise stated 

  • Baggage allowance of 20 kilos per passenger for premium airlines (depends on respective airlines policy) 

Tour Fare Excludes: 

  • Domestic air ticket for customer/agent booking from other states of Malaysia (if any) 

  • Visa fees if required. 

  • Meals, beverages, room service or any other items which not listed in the itinerary 

  • Excess baggage charges, laundry charges, travel insurance and all items of personal nature 

 


Amendment to Tour Itinerary: 

The Company will make reasonable effort to avoid changes in the itinerary. However, the Company reserves the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel reservations changes at any time (without compensation) due to unforeseen circumstances. 

 

 

Unused Services: 

No refunds, either in part or full, is applicable for unused tickets, ground transportation, meals and accommodation or sightseeing tours not utilized. 

 

 

Airport Taxes & Fuel taxes: 

Airport taxes & fuel taxes are subject to change due to international currency fluctuations from time to time. Customers will be informed of any increase in airport & fuel taxes during booking procedures. 

 

 

Single Supplement: 

For those travelling alone/single traveller, every effort will be made by the Company for room sharing basis. If this not possible, single supplement charge will apply for the tour fare. Customers will be informed of single supplement charges during booking procedures. 

 

 

Travel Document: 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport with minimum 6 (six) months validity from the date of the last departure point as well as the necessary visas, current health certificates and necessary travel documents as required by various government authorities of the countries to be visited. For those old passports please ensure that all children passport photos are updated by immigration authority prior to departure. 

The Company will not be held responsible or be liable for any expense, reimbursement or refund of tour or travel arrangement charges if the customer is refused entry by any country before departure, during the tour and travel for whatsoever reason, including but not limited to non-possession of necessary visas. 

 

 

Travel Insurance: 

All customers must purchase travel insurance prior to the commencement of the tour or travel arrangement. The Company is not responsible to ensure the safety of customer’s baggage and belongings. Travel insurance enquiries and purchase can be done at the respective agent company. 

 

 

Accommodation: 

In the event the booked or requested accommodation is not available, an alternative accommodation of similar standard will be arranged as much as possible (price may vary accordingly). 

All adult accommodation is based on twin sharing basis. A “roll-away” bed will be added for triple sharing rooms that not built in three beds originally. 

All triple sharing rooms are on request only basic as some hotels and accommodations do not have triple sharing rooms. Single room occupancy is an additional cost borne by the customer. 

 

 

Special Request: 

Customers with special request like deviation flight ticket, the extension of stay, vegetarian meals, special dietary requirement, adjoining rooms, wheelchair, etc…will have to inform the Company upon booking as such requests are subject to charge, availability and confirmation. 

 

 

Deviation Air Ticket & Extension of Stay: 

Deviation air ticket and extensions of stay will be customer’s own expense and the Company tour packages will not be provided airport transfer on the departure day if the customer would like to do deviation and extends stay by their own. 

 

 

Connecting Domestic Air Ticket: 

For all connecting domestic air ticket booked by customers must inform the Company in earlier and indicate inside the tour booking form otherwise the Company shall not be responsible for any domestic ticket issued by customers without the Company notice in case the group size is not materialized or any international flight amendment. 

 

 

Feedback Response: 

The Company welcomes constructive feedback from its customers in its continuing efforts to improve service quality. Any disputes with regards to the tour must be submitted in writing 14 (fourteen) days from the date of return. The Company will not entertain any dispute made thereafter. 

 

 

Responsibility and Liability: 

All arrangements for the provision of transport, accommodation, sightseeing and other tour or travel services are made by the Company through our appointed agents. The Company accepts no responsibility for any injuries, damage, accidents, loss, delay, theft, quarantine, customs regulation, strike, acts of good, and changes of itinerary, deportation or refusal of entry by immigration. 

Customers are responsible for all losses and expense from authorities’ confiscation resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities. Proper travel documents are expected of all customers. 

The Company also reserves the right to request for any individual to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his or her behaviour or conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with health, safety, interests, harmony and welfare of the other tour participants and the tour group as a whole. Under such circumstances, the Company shall be under no liability thereafter to any such person. 

No tour leader or guides, employees or agents of the Company are authorized to commit the Company to any liability. The Company will not be bound by any statement or representation unless it is in writing and signed by a management executive of the company. 

The Company also reserves the right to take photographs and films of passengers while on tour with the Company to be used for brochure advertising. The customers will be informed of use of such materials in publications and forms of advertising. 

The Company will not be held responsible for any goods purchased during the tour. Defective goods, goods not suitable for customer use, goods not in conformity with the samples provided, or goods rejected by customers for any other reasons are not the Company’s responsibility. Even if the goods are purchased in shops as part of the tour packages visitation or which are specifically recommended by the travel service, guides, servants, employees or independent contractor. The Company or travel service will not liable to customers for the purchase monies of the aforesaid goods. 

The Company will not be held responsible for any losses and expense of domestic air ticket, local hotel, transportation from and to the airport, and other personal travel services that booked by customers due to international flight change or cancelled including even if the group size is not materialized at last minute.     

Itineraries, prices, services and conditions are correct at the time of reservations. The Company reserves the right to revise the tour fares and to determine the date of commencement of such revised tour fares.
