Unauthorized Use of Company Brand name and Misleading Activities

To our valued customers, business partners, and associates,

Please be informed that lately there has been an incident of unauthorized parties misusing the *Golden Destination* name and registrations details to promote Travel Packages to the general public and misleading them into paying a certain amount of money upon processing, sighting such fees being the administration/ travel packages fee.

ICE Holidays Sdn. Bhd does not solicit and has not authorized any of its personnel to have such a gesture. We would like to reiterate that we have no relationship in any shape or form with the above said fraud company.

We wish to inform the public that it is not ICE Holidays’ practice to deal directly with end users (customers). ICE Holidays appeals to the public not to respond to such fraud approaches.

ICE Holidays shall not be held responsible for any conclusion, loss, or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered arising from or as a result of the use or reliance on the purported fraud.

we have lodged a police report and submitted a reference to the Ministry of Tourism, Art, and Culture and also the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission and proceed with legal action.
